Help importing model from Blender

Hi

 I am trying to follow this example and it works -> https://kivy.org/docs/examples/gen__3Drendering__main__py.html

 

 My interest is to have the some controls on the left side and the monkey head object only on the top-right quarter. 

 If I use a grid-layout, the monkey head is appearing in the center on top of the controls.

 Please help
