collecting kivy.deps.gstreamer HTTP error 502

Hello!

  Kivy friends!  When I try to run hello world.py which used to learn kivy. That run fault, tips is : from kivy.graphics.instructions import Callback, Canvas, CanvasBase, \

 ImportError: DLL load failed:

     Then I found that kivy.graphics has not exit.

     So, finally I found the Address to download kivy.deps.gstreamer is HTTP 502  :e.g. 

python -m pip install kivy.deps.gstreamer --extra-index-url https://kivy.org/downloads/packages/simple/
