Desktop available through interface

Hi,

I'm using kivy for my app and it seems that the Raspberry Pi Desktop is available though the interface. Basically after I run my app that is full screen, if I touch touch the lower right screen it clicks the logout button and the app freezes.

Has anybody encounter something like this?
