Fedora repo seems to be down

Hi, I am new here, but I got the exact same problem with https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/kivy-users/fedora$20404|sort:date/kivy-users/-M1lyn-qhK4/HSb_tp4bDAAJ, and it was not solved. I think that the repo is down, if so, how would I install kivy on cent os? Thanks!
