New to Python Coding

Good Afternoon,

I am new to Python coding but am trying to install Kivy and having trouble. I have downloaded the program and tried to install by both double clicking and telling python to open the file.

Any advice on this?

Also looking for a good tutorial on subject as I am looking to develop Android app.

I am running Windows 10, as well as Python 3.6

I appreciate any help you can give me.

Derek Banas has a series of Kivy tutorials on YouTube. The first one covers installation of Kivy on all platforms. If you don't want to watch the video, there are links in the text underneath the video that should help. The other videos in the series show some simple Kivy programs to get you started.

Hi Scott, I'm on Windows 10 and the instructions they give on the website here (https://kivy.org/docs/installation/installation-windows.html) using pip have always worked. Have you given these instructions a go?
