Y-coordinate offset

Hi guys
I recently noticed that the Y-coordinates of my touch points seem have an offset.
The Y coordinates in kivy are about 24 pixels higher than actual touch position when I touch near the bottom of the screen, and about 20 pixels lower than the actual touch position when I touch near the top.
This offset is not present with the mouse.

I am running kivy 1.9 on Windows 8.1, with an Acer T27HL touch screen monitor.
If anyone has any information they could give me I would greatly appreciate it.
