Install Khan Academy

Dear developpers,

I have installed KA on Windows 7.

I have followed the links bellow:

In cmd: the response to the command python sample_data.py upload -a "C:\Program Files\Google\google_appengine" is C:\Python27\python.exe : can't find "__main__" mondule in 'C:\Program Files\Google\google_appengine'

In Google App Engine Launcher: when I select Khanexercises and I click on Logs, I have this msg ImportError: No module named django.conf


It will be helpful if someone can help me to run KA on my PC.
