Has anyone printed with Laywoo-D3?

I'm curious about your experience .... considering at inventables it is a 0.25kg for $30 I would want to know what people have done with it and if you can really sand it ...can you varnish it or paint it? If you have, what type of printer did you print it with?

Yea, I've only sanded and sealed with mineral oil. It was a bow tie. Other than that we printed some parts for the model railroad guys. Get the name brand stuff, of brand may have large particles that might obstruct a .4 nozzle. It's like liquid balsa wood, light yet strong.

It's like any other material. Be mindful of temps that work on your machine. You can't go too hot with this stuff or you will form a pretty solid plug.
