Questions about includeAllSources karma-coverage

I am having a problem though with karma-coverage and was hoping someone here might be able to help.
Here is the karma.conf.js for the project and the specific line in question

This is supposed to cause Istanbul to include all source files in media/js/**/*.js (except for the libs and test folders) in it's report even if there are no tests for it.
This does not work for me though, it only includes the ones in the `files` list, any ideas?
