What version of Karma should I target my adapter to?

I am starting development (again) for an adapter integrating Preamble (http://jeffschwartz.github.io/preamble/) with Karma. Which version/tag of Karma should I be developing against?

We plan to move 0.13 out of beta phase sometime in July. But at the moment there are no breaking changes in the API for plugins. So I suggest developing against 0.12.36 (current stable) and then just testing against the 0.13 branch in between.
