stream to justin.tv from a vb.net app?

I have been tasked to stream web cam data from a VB.net application to justin.tv.

I have been looking for places to start and have found the methods for OAuth here http://www.markerstudio.com/technical/2009/09/net-oauth-sample-working-with-justintv/ but what next? I am a fairly accomplished programmer, but have done almost no coding for web stuff. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
