Hi,

Recently I have been learning junaio following the official quick start guide. In lesson 4 there is a qr code attached, after I scanned the code there is a POI showed within my view range, BUT no 3d model actually showed on the screen. When I tried the same marker but with ipad2, everything works fine. Whats the problem?? My android device is HTC incredible s, and has been upgraded to 4.0 os.

Try reloading the site/model a couple of times. Sadly, I think that my models don't show up even on my iPad2 until they are cached on the device. On the iPad sometimes there is an on screen alert that the content did not load, sometimes no alert and no model. I need to do further tests on my current efforts - - lately I get fairly consistent results on the iPad2 - - however I am wary that I will get same results on my Android device. iPad2 has AT&T data plan and Android has Sprint data plan. Wireless carrier data speeds could also be an issue for me.

are you able to see normal Billboards or is this only happening in this channel?

also happened to the 360 degree view channel
