Generation of .cov coverage files, when running parallel processes

I tried the following, to attempt to get coverage information for abstractarray.jl, but afterwards, there were no non-zero counts.

usr/bin/julia --inline=no --code-coverage=all test/runtests.jl

I don't know if this is because abstractarray.jl is in inference.dylib, or because for some reason, it doesn't allow me to

remove sys.dylib any more (as described in the instructions for getting coverage information).
