building/installing LLVM SVN -- llvm libs not in JL_PRIVATE_LIBS

Well I didn't see this specific topic, so I am probably doing something incorrect, but ida know, thus this:

In the top level makefile, the make install target copies all of the libraries in JL_PRIVATE_LIBS llvm3.7 is not listed, thus no copy, and when run the following results


dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libLLVM-3.7svn.dylib

  Referenced from: /usr/local/bin/julia

  Reason: image not found

I don't think we do a very good job of installing the shared lib when we build against a shared LLVM library, that's an atypical build configuration. Could probably be made to work with some minor makefile patches.
