Hi All,

I can not bind the SMPP connection with the SMSC. I got following exception.

What is the reason for this error?

Hi,

This is due to some network issue.
Lot of reason can be there,one of the reason is below-
IP white listing at vendor side ( Check with vendor who provided you the SMPP account )
