Release Notes for 2/3?

Apologies if this is somewhere obvious and I've missed it (checked github page but couldn't find it), but was wondering if there are any release notes for the 2 and 3 releases? We were on 1.5 and I see that it seems like there are several updates and just wanted to know what I was signing up for before beginning to make the transition.
