On Add of File update file list

Hi All,

I have a form in which there are 14 file inputs which do not accept multiple files and one upload button. On every add of file its been added to file list. 

File Input 1 --> first file

File Input 2 --> second file.

on add of file from File Input 1 again, its gets added to file list instead of removing first one and updating with new file. It also updates the download template.

How do i achieve this behavior ?
