undefined is not a function

Hi,

Hopefully an easy one to answer.  I get the error 'undefined is not a function' when my page loads:

TypeError: undefined is not a function

    at new <anonymous> (http://localhost:8080/belt/bower_components/angular-jqfile-upload/dist/uploader.js:3327:18)

    at invoke (http://localhost:8080/belt/bower_components/angular/angular.js:3966:17)

    at Object.instantiate (http://localhost:8080/belt/bower_components/angular/angular.js:3977:23)

    at http://localhost:8080/belt/bower_components/angular/angular.js:7281:28

    at http://localhost:8080/belt/bower_components/angular/angular.js:6670:34

  

Do you know what the problem might be or so you need more info?
