AngularJS jQuery-File-Upload Error

I've been facing challenge  implementing jQuery-File-Upload with my Angular JS Application, after uploading file, it'll show the error below

    at $.widget._onDone (uploader.js:1585)

I downloaded the source from here --> https://github.com/DominicBoettger/jQuery-File-Upload <-- , and load it on my local server but still generate the same error, Please anything missing? kindly find the attached screen shot.
