Re-Begin uploading big size files...

Hi there, when i try to upload some big data (250MB) sometimes (not always) the plugin re-begin automatically at 99% and retry to upload the file... i think this is a real problem because the user have to wait again several minutes for uploading their files... some idea?. Thanks
