SyntaxError: Unexptected token > (after SQL version Update)

Im having a nightmare trying to find this problem, my hosting company have recently upgraded the SQL version and now im receiving the following error message when trying to upload a image.

SyntaxError: Unexptected token >

I have read on Stack Overflow that it could be related to the dataType:'json' but i still haven't found a fix.

Any ideas anyone ? Im also looking for a reliable contact for PHP support if anyone is interested ?
