Multiple file uploads in 1 request ie9

I have a form with multiple file upload inputs (3) I'm using jquery-file-upload library to handle the file upload. 

I'm using the add callback to add the files into a list and then send it over via the send function on form submit.

The problem i'm facing is with non XHR browsers for example ie9 is that no files are being uploaded

Does anyone know how to achieve such thing for non XHR browsers?

I would like to be able to upload the files only on form submit.

Any help will be appreciated.
