Assuming you mean how long will it take for messages to be moderated. No longer than 12 hours and about an average of an hour during European working hours.

GMail doesn't, by default, return your messages to you unless you have a reply (in which case they appear with responses below)...

It is moderated - mostly by me and mostly within a few hours (during the european day). I'm not sure what happened to your post, but this one seems to have gotten through.
