Budget process

Hello all, 

The budget process is in it's final week. 

Unfortunately, nearly all of the stated objectives have NOT been assigned an annual dollar amount nor assigned a line item "owner" (who is the decision maker for that item). 

Please ensure that these items are completed by Midnight on Monday, Dec. 8, 2014 (UTC-6). 

As we have been working on the budget now for some time, any incomplete items after that time will be removed from the budget.
