Increasing transparency by using this public mailing list

Hi leadership teammates,

During the Joomla World Conference, I strongly recommended that we continue to move our leadership communications to this email list. Transparency is a key value we all share and is critical to our success as a team. Default use of this mailing list for all leadership-wide discussions supports this value.

Long story short: please use this mailing list as your default mailing list for leadership discussions.
