Joomla Update Error

Hi Guys,

Had this problem already in 3.5, so manually updated to 3.6 just now, but the problem remains, any pointers ?

Error appears when using the Joomla Update Component

I know this, as directed I tried updating via the Joomla Update Component, but got the error.

Then I upgraded via the manual procedure, but after successfully updating to 3.6 the Update Component still gives this error
