Multisite management - Watchful or myJoomla

I have a number of sites that I would like to manage together more efficiently and was considering either myjoomla or watchful.li
  • Scheduling backups and admintools scans
  • Notifying status of updates, manual triggering
  • malware scanning
The two services seem to be comparably priced for my situation.

Do you have any recommendations or advice?
