Hi,
I am a student pursuing Bachelor Of technology in Computer Science in currently in 3rd year ..i want to apply for Gsoc..I have experience with c,c++ and java ..and good knowledge of html,css,javascript and php...what should i do to make it sure that i get selected for gsoc? Is joomla going to take part in gsoc 2016?
