Language Freeze for Joomla! 3.4.4

Hi all

I want to let you know that we froze languages for Joomla 3.4.4. 

The changes can be seen when you filter for closed PRs with the "Language Changes" label and the 3.4.4 milestone. Or follow this link: https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pulls?q=is%3Apr+label%3A%22Language+Change%22+is%3Aclosed+milestone%3A%22Joomla%21+3.4.4%22

Currently, we expect a release candidate on Monday 2015-08-31 and the stable release on Monday 2015-09-07, however as always those dates are subject to change.

The Joomla! 3.4.4 RC version will be released today evening (1st September 2015).
