PR staging

Can someone give a link to the bugtracker stages please ?  I have a patch https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/6849 now says 'PR staging' what does that mean ?

OK found the definition https://docs.joomla.org/Testing_Joomla!_patches wondered if it was part of New, Confirmed, Pending, RTC.

It is still Pending hope it gets tested

Just for clarification, all PRs get a label that's prefixed "PR-" which simply indicates the branch the PR is directed to.  GitHub doesn't have a native ability to filter PRs by a target branch so this is our way of getting past that.
