Joomla 3.6.0 Beta is released but does not show up in the "testing" channel of the update component.(3.6.0 Alpha to 3.6.0 Beta) Is that correct?

I've messed up the XML file - Tobias just messaged me - will fix the path in the next 45 minutes or so hopefully (work dependent). Thanks for letting me know Leo!!

Joomla 3.6.0B1 full package installed. Environment:

Database Version 5.5.5-10.1.14-MariaDB
Database Collation utf8_general_ci
Database Connection Collation utf8mb4_general_ci
PHP Version 5.6.21
Web Server Apache
WebServer to PHP Interface cgi-fcgi

I am getting when I enable Memcache (just as it did on PHP7 in a previous post) the error

Warning

JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING

When I disable Memcache and enable "conservative caching with 'file' all works normal and the error disappears after cleansing 'Expired"Cache This is not a Memcache setting issue since it works all perfectly well on the SAME server in Joomla 3.5.1 even with progressive Memcache enabled (our business sites run as such with the environment as described so something in the release with possible JCache changes (?) is triggering this error I assume?
