Pennsylvania Campaign Seeks Campaign Manager

Democratic congressional candidate in Pennsylvania is seeking a campaign manager.
 
A congressional candidate in an open seat is seeking a campaign manager to begin ASAP.  The manager will work closely with the candidate, the finance team, a consulting team, and other staffers.
 
Duties:
 
- Work with finance team to ensure very aggressive fundraising goals are hit, including relationships with donors, PACs and organized labor

- Work closely with the candidate to understand his vision and write and execute campaign plan
- Manage day-to-day operations of the campaign and staff
- Manage budget and oversee campaign spending
- Manage candidate travel schedule and political activities

-Manage PR campaign, paid advertising, earned media, relationship with the press, and outreach to local electeds and grass tops

-Oversee field plan and expansion of our local presence via regional offices

 
Qualifications/Skills:
 
- At least 2-3 cycles in political campaigns, experience as a campaign 
manager preferred with measurable deliverables
- Experience with Microsoft Office, NGP, VAN
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to move to the region (required) and work long hours, 
including nights and weekends
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills

-Sense of humor

· Experience working with grassroots activists and labor 
organizations

-Ties to Pennsylvania politics preferred, but not required.
