Hiring Immediately: Deputy Finance Director Pennsylvania

A Pennsylvania race is seeking a full-time Deputy Finance Director. The Deputy Finance Director will be a critical component of the campaign team. 

 

Finance Assistant responsibilities include: 

 

·  Work with campaign and finance team on upkeep and maintenance of campaign database

·  Donor research

·  Assist with recruiting and directing volunteers and interns

·  Prep for call time

·  Assist with drafting fundraising emails and communications

·  Assisting with all aspects of fundraising and other campaign events

·  Other duties as needed

 

Finance Assistant Qualifications:

 

·  Previous finance/fundraising experience preferred

·  Previous campaign experience preferred

·  Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment

·  Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis

·  Knowledge of NGP Software preferred

·  A true self-starter who is a detail-oriented team player

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Strong writing skills

·  Experience directing volunteers/interns

·  Ability to manage a lot of projects simultaneously and cheerfully

·  Access to reliable transportation required
