Field Organizer:


Job Responsibilities:

·         Oversee the execution of the door to door voter contact program in their region;

·         Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of all canvassers;

·         Manage canvassers as they implement the campaigns day to day operation;

·         Meet and exceed goals for program performance;

·         Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership; and,

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

·         Strong management, communication and motivational skills;

·         Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse group of staff; and,

·         Ability to work a demanding schedule and be available long hours, seven days a week through the length of the program.

 

Training:

Field Organizers will receive extensive training and support from senior leadership.

 

Expectations:

Potential campaign staff will be expected to work up to 80 hours per week leading up to the end of the collection program.


Salary: $2,000 for remaining two weeks

Deputy Ops Director:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that canvassers have correct paperwork and information completed as it relates to compliance and payroll issues.

• Help open field offices across the state and provide logistical support for the canvasing program.

• Deal with operational vendor relations (phones, insurance, payroll, etc.).

• Work closely with QuickBooks to ensure that all payables are efficiently and accurately reflected.

• Responsible for general maintenance of office equipment.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work long days and irregular hours.

• Positive, energetic attitude.

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with databases and data entry preferred.

• Working knowledge with QuickBooks, Zenefits, ADP, Google Docs and Excel a plus.



Expectations:
