Congressman Delaney’s Reelection Campaign seeks multiple Field Organizers (FOs).  Field organizers are responsible for implementing and executing the field plan for their geographic region of the district.  Any FO must be able to work and communicate with diverse communities.  A passion for electing Democrats is required as is the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• The Field Organizer is responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of volunteers that will perform the voter contact necessary to win.

• Field Organizers are responsible for all data entry for their area; recording and reporting results, etc. 

• Candidates will preferably have prior campaign experience; 

• Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously;

• Must have the ability to manage and interact with a team of volunteers.

• Responsible for training volunteers and coaching them to do their work effectively and holding them accountable to reporting their results. 

• A good sense of humor and ability to work in a team are musts. 

• Be willing to support other campaign operations as necessary.

• Applicants must provide their own laptop and have access to a car.
