The Competitive Commonwealth Fund is a Virginia-based Political Action Committee focused on supporting and electing Democrats in every corner of the Commonwealth. Our goals are simple. Democrats need to win more seats at the local and state levels to secure majorities, build a bench of quality candidates and deliver a Democratic message in Districts and localities that too often see no Democrats on the ballot at the state and local level.

CCF in 2017 is targeting Virginia’s state House, where control of the lower chamber and all 100 seats are up for grabs. With a committed and capable Board and engaged, strategic and hands-on Funders, CCF is set to deploy unique strategies to ensure Democrats are competitive at the House level in every corner of the Commonwealth.

CCF seeks an experienced, energetic, positive, solutions-oriented Executive Director to implement its 2017 strategic campaign plan.

The successful candidate must be driven, dynamic and ready to hit the ground running with an energized Board, its Funders, and Democratic candidates eager to work with CCF. The successful candidate needs to be a critical thinker willing to challenge the status quo in pursuit of electing more Democrats in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
