Position: ADLCC Regional Political Director (Pima County)

Reports to: ADLCC Deputy Field Director

 

Overview

ADLCC is seeking resumes for qualified candidates interested in serving as Regional Political Director for Pima County on a statewide legislative caucus campaign. ADLCC is a joint legislative caucus campaign, focusing on races in both the Arizona State House and Senate. This is a campaign position running through November 15th, 2018.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

·         Assisting with managing aspects of legislative candidate campaigns;

·         Drafting and implementing general field and finance plans;

·         Maintaining relationships with legislative candidates and caucus members;

·         Assisting with the implementation of paid media programs;

·         Any other campaign related tasks, as needed.


Qualifications:

·         Must be organized, highly motivated, a self-starter, and capable of working in a demanding work environment that frequently requires long hours during peak campaign periods;

·         Demonstrated ability to be on time and responsible for your programmatic goals;

·         At least one campaign cycle of field experience;

·         Experience managing some aspect of a GOTV operation;

·         Experience with VAN/VoteBuilder;

·         Extensive experience with Excel;

·         Be willing to relocate to Tucson, AZ.
