Trying to fine tune plugin build behavior

Essentially, I need to be able to readd a few jobs at a time as well and be able to switch between overriding or ignoring existing builds. So far a build parameter plus the DSL Scripts field get me the multiple jobs. I can't find a way to change what to do with existing jobs from a parameter.  Is there an environment variable or special name I can set to toggle this boolean?

Alternatively, if this isn't possible from the plugin is there a way I can manually accomplish the plugin steps from my own build.gradle file?
