Update configuration of a job without recreating the job

Hi,

I want to change the "branches to build" section in the job configuration of an already created job without recreating the job.

Is it possible to update the configuration without recreating the job?

Or is it possible only to parse the config.xml and update it using job-dsl plugin?

Job DSL can update a job, but it can't do a partial update. You have to describe the complete job configuration in Job DSL.
