Taming the Hydra: How to take care of a large Jenkins installation and still keep your sanity

here is a little blog series I wrote, where I explain how we very successfully use the Job-DSL-Plugin to take care of the jobs for our hundreds of repositories here at mobile.de.

Please note that monkey patching is broken in newer releases (aka not recommended). See https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-30832 for details. Have you thought about replacing monkey patching?
