sound problem

i had installed sound card on pc it takes drivers properly but in playback devices its showing grays

dear
pervice pack and driver are difference items
just check your sound card driver type with its version
it has mainly two type
1 real talk AC 97
2 Realtalk high defination
find your driver - install and just restart your system
