domain user date and time changing

in my office there are so many client systems are there which is connected to one domain, but now a days in some system automatically date and time keep on changing, this is not cmos battery issue, some domain settings issues it seems, can anyone tell what exact problem is...

Do one thing

 

first you update your server with current timing settings of update.timezone.com and run a script for the same. need to google it bit....
