Hi,
when testing the latest -r2 build with java 8U40 and java 9 i run into the problem that the ListSpinners dont have arrows anymore.

Same behavior when running the samples.

Yikes. There are no problems on 8 and 8u20. I'll take a look. Thanks for reporting.

It seems to be CSS related. The arrows are drawn using SVG, but the icon is also not shown next to CalendarTextField and that is an image. I'll ask the JavaFX guys what they have changed.

Seems like JFXtras is not the only one. To be continued.

Hi Tom,

Didn't even think to check in here on that. Rob's issue was in moving from 8u11 to 8u20, but the CSS issue similarities made me think it might be worth checking out his findings to see if there was any overlap.

Cheers,
Mark

No problem, great you replied in the first place. My initial search did not reveal anything funny. I first though it could have to do with styleable properties, those deserve some overhaling, but the associated CSS classes are being set correctly. Then I figured it may have to do with SVG in the CSS, and the way room is allocated for the drawing, but bitmap images are also not loaded.

I'll wait a bit and see if others have similar problems, after all 8U40 and J9 are early releases :-)

It's seems to be a JavaFX problem.

This definitely is a JavaFX problem, not a JFXtras problem. A fix should be present in the next 8u40 release.
