Git multi branch workflow with jenkins

Hello All, 

I am new to Jenkins and I want to implement continuous delivery pipeline.

We are currently using git for version control and having following git workflow model

release (stable branch)

main (stable branch)

integration (stable branch)

f1 (feature branch - will come and go according to story)

f2 (feature branch - will come and go according to story)

We have manual testing and want to go continuous delivery system. Now question is how I can fit my git workflow into Jenkins or what is the best git workflow which can fit with Jenkins.

If somebody can share some best use case how they are implemented this in their organisation that would be great help to me,
