Unable to update the Jenkins plugin page

As there are not plugins listed in the Available plugins page, I tried to update in the advanced settings, and this is the error I am getting

We had some intermittent connectivity issues from the update center, can you
try this again? They have since been resolved and you should no longer be
seeing the error below
