Unable to obtain reports using HTML Publisher Plugin

So I'm using Jenkins 1.617 and HTML Publisher Plugin.

The issue:

Build works, everything is great.
Reports are created.

However when I click on the hyperlink, the folder structure is missing parts of the path. Also, there is the index.html page that it is referencing which I don't have in the directory. 

Does anyone know about this?

That's not how URLs in Jenkins work.

There's no 'index.html' file in that directory, but your job is configured to show that initially. That's the problem.
