Still having workspace deletion problems

I really haven't got a clue what's going on here. I had a previously
scheduled build work fine when I turned on my work PC in the morning, but
then the overnight (same job) build failed when trying to remove the workspace.

And now a manually triggered build is going OK (workspace deleted, new
'svn co' happening). 'handle.exe' isn't reporting any open files (at least
when I run it by hand).

Any ideas as to what I can try next?
