Parameter passing

All,

I am using PTC Integrity as my SCM tool and I'm on Jenkins 1.625.2 on Windows.  I'm trying to pass a parameter to the field for 'Integrity Project' and I can't seem to make it work.  Is there a way to pass a parameter to the Integrity Project field to be able to pick the correct development path at build time ? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I created a parameter and called it 'MasterRelease' and I have a default value to it.

I am trying to refer to it in the Integrity Project field in this construct -> #/Foundation#d=Foundation-$ENV:MasterRelease

and it gives me this error:
