Need rebuild for all pull requests for ec2-plugin

I took a pull request that had a compile error in a Javadoc comment, and then I added the Jenkinsfile to cause the ec2-plugin to be part of the new build environment.

It built all of the existing PRs, but they call failed because of the compile error in the master branch.

I have subsequently fixed master, which builds fine, but I can't figure out how to get all of the PRs to rebuild. I tried logging into the Jenkins instance, but I don't seem to have the necessary privileges to start these builds.

Can someone rerun these builds or tell me what to do?

I started new builds for all PRs without merge conflict. Closing and reopening the PR might have worked as well.

As the instance is set up to build plugin PRs with the 'merge' strategy, those with merge conflicts won't be buildable. Resolve them first.

Or simply merging those PRs with `master`.
