describable databinding from custom configs

Is it possible to instantiate object (i guess only describables) for example from yaml. Let's assume that some Describable has Symbol annotation and contains some other fields.

And some yaml

describable1:

   describable2:

      someList : [one, two]

 What is required to materialise it? Crazy stapler logic or there is something easier?

I would try DescribableModel#instantiate(Map) from the Structs Plugin:
